“The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. “Best property, best staff, best location! I was in Lucca for 1 week and I learned the area and the hotel. Cannot rate high enough. I was stranded by taxi at 9pm in Lucca city. (Long story) Called hotel, they figured out where I was, sent a taxi for me, made late dinner reservations. Thank you Sarah. Nice bathroom, lift, air conditioning that works, big bedroom. Called taxis when I needed them, great breakfast, felt catered to. Go to their restaurant just for the lavender panna cotta. Enjoy!”

“Although my stay was brief, I throughly enjoyed my visit. Alessandro was very responsive to all of my questions. I would recommend paying extra for the breakfast. It was delicious. Now, you are on a Main Street so it can get loud if you’re not used to it, but it did not bother me or my partner. They also supply ear plugs! I would love to come back the next time I am in Lucca. ”

“This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.”

“The property has very small rooms, extremely small showers, beds and pillows were very hard, there was not enough seating at breakfast to accommodate all the guests. My hotel room was in a separate building so I had to walk out in the rain to get to breakfast. Don’t think it should be in that price range”

“Was echt top! Fijne locatie op loopafstand van lucca centrum. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Fijn zwembad met genoeg ligplaatsen. Kamers waren netjes, prima douche en ook erg schoon. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook was het ontbijt erg goed en gevarieerd. Echt een fijne week gehad, niets op aan te merken!”

“A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant.
