「Monkey Falls was set in a lovely location right in the jungle. It was quiet and relaxing. We were shown around Rod’s farm which was very interesting. The kitchen makes lovely home made food, including breakfast, which we ate every day. Tours can easily be booked from there and they will pick you up. It’s a short taxi ride from town. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to relax and you like jungle and wildlife.」

「Our stay at The Maya Mountain Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The place is very cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature — exactly what we were looking for. 「Clean room, friendly staff, and we enjoyed the restaurant on site. Walking distance to the Cahal Pech ruins & within pickup range for the shuttle for both of our excursions. We also booked the shuttle through the hotel for airport pickup in Belize city and it was flawless. 」
