“Great stay”

“It was a perfect stay.”

“Such a cute hotel! Loved the Auburn sports themed decor. The rooftop bar/restaurant was great with a nice view of Auburn and a nice breeze. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Checked in around 3pm, but didn't get into the room until after dinner. The room and amenities were good. After unpacking, I pulled the chair out from under the desk and noticed something had been dragged out by the chair. It turned out to be animal feces! I contacted the front desk and was told that none of the housekeeping staff was on duty, but that he (the front desk manager) would come up to sweep up the mess. After sweeping up the feces, he left me with a container of antiseptic wipes to……

“Stay only if you have to and don't need breakfast. Not worth it.”

“The hotel overall is nice and newer. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. They allowed me to get the room I requested, really grateful. The room itself is very small but the bed was really comfortable and clean. The floors were not well vacuumed or mopped, needed a good cleaning and little black spots removed. The desk counter in the room had not been wiped down; still had prints from previous guests. The AC was so loud, but did cool quite well. The entry, hallways and elevator have a musty……

“We stayed here for one night with our family on our way to Florida, and it was the perfect stop. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The resort is beautiful and does a fantastic job catering to families. There were fun activities and treats for kids throughout the day, which made our short stay feel extra special. The outdoor pool and water play area were a huge hit, and the putting green, cornhole, and other lawn games gave the kids plenty to do. We……

“The room was nice and clean. Typical hotel room really. I did notice that it was pretty big for a standard hotel room which gave me a lot of room. That was appreciated. Unfortunately, my air quit working the first night. I told front desk and they had someone there fixing it within 20 minutes. I didn't have issues at all after that. The breakfast was awesome. Always hot and stocked well. (The grits were my favorite!!) The only thing that I think I could complain about is that it's not super……

“Breakfast was very limited. Could not find any juice. No instant oatmeal, only instant grits. One children's cereal offering. Took a slightly old banana.”

“I was sick during the night of my stay and left small stain on the bed sheet. I told the desk manager that as I was checking out and he said I would be charged a $50 fee to my card! Outrageous”
