“Fire alarm rang at midnight, no announcement and no explanation to guest on what is going on. I called to asked for wine opener n check on my tv setting. No response after I talked to reception even they said they will send ppl over. Housekeeping is unpredictable. They left pillow case on the chairs in my room unattended. Bath tub is dirty. ”

“I particularly searched for car park but they don’t have one, don’t get deceived by it’s name it’s not close to airport, there are flea on bed, makes us itchy overnight ,very unpleasant stay. Air con doesn’t work, and it’s not just bad in soundproof, it is insanely horrible I can even hear the guy in the next room sleep talking ! ”

“Location is most convenient, just opp to Westfield Mall & 5 min walk to train station. The room is of good size with all necessary facilities. We stayed there for near 10 days in between our trip to Tasmania. It will even be better if it can provide some promotional offers ie complimentary breakfast or room upgrade for customers staying there for so many nights like us in future. ”

“Great little place to stay overall. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff friendly. The only drawback was the sound of doors slamming shut all night from people leaving their rooms to use the bathroom. I had an ensuite bathroom but others don't. I woukd like to suggest having soft close doors installed for overnight comfort of guests.”

“其實真是太差，最重要是不清潔，廁版上有很多及大片尿，只是蓋上已清潔紙條，實在太過份，最後由我自己清理乾淨。及有蟑螂在房裏。幸好只住一晚。 還有在check out 時，得知其他房沒有冷氣，35度下沒有冷氣，實在不能接受。”

“While we love staying at Rydges Cronulla, we always try to stay when the rate is on the lower side because we're finding the condition and facilities are getting a little run down. It's a great location by the beach and behind the mall, right in walking distance to all the great venues in Cronulla. The desk service is great and the housekeeping is thorough. Possibly too thorough - ie. I was sleeping when they came in and began to service the room without checking if anyone was in the room.”

“The location is far from the central of Sydney. The rooms are small so the facilities are less in the rooms. However, it is convenient that there is a supermarket near to the hotel/motel which is opened until midnight. And also there is a small BBQ area next to the car park. It is recommended if you are not having too much budget for hotel staying in Sydney.”
