New York Macy's Hotels

"Great location and friendly staff! Perfect distance from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The room was small and lacked the usual sofa/armchair that most hotel rooms have, but it’s New York City. Not much to expect, so the small space didn’t bother me. The water temperature was wonky. For both the sink and shower, the water had to run for several minutes to receive hot water. Unfortunately, even after the wait in the shower, the water would still shift from hot to cold. The two elevators did take long because of the number of floors. Luckily, I was on floor two, so I could use the emergency stairs when heading down (couldn’t figure out how to go up them since the door locked behind me though)."

"I liked it was walking distances from everything. Rooms were small for our family of 5 but expected. We fit! Breakfast was the usual hotel style Breakfast. Liked they offered to hold your bags. Our room was ready early"

"One of the highlights of our stay was being able to walk around at night people watching and the lights at Times Square. Our hotel location made this possible. "

"Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room service was very good and very quick. Overall our trip to the city was enhanced by staying here!"

"The front desk staff were exceptional, very friendly, cool, calm and collected even though lots of arriving guests and phones constantly ringing made for a stressful situation. They were very helpful in printing an important document for me and some friends staying at this hotel as well. My room was small but very comfortable and the bathroom was modern with all amenities."
