“Zimmereinrichtung war OK, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Leider gibt es nur eine große Bettdecke für 2 Personen, was bei einer Reise mit Freunden etwas schwierig ist. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und auch qualitativ sehr gut. Für die Playa de Palma gibt es eine recht schöne Poolanlage, welche jedoch in Bezug auf die Hotelgröße zu wenig Liegestühle bietet. Jetzt zum negativsten Punkt: DER CHECK-IN... 90 Minuten Wartezeit weil die Organisation an der Rezeption eine……

“Pleasant hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay. But, wouldn't stay again. We faced many issues with the rooms that the staff needed to resolve. In my experience, it just makes a 4-star rating. The hotel needs investment in upgrades and maintenance to uphold a 4-star standard, as well as improvements to the quality of its amenities and facilities, which are well below a 4-star standard.”
