「We took two of the bikes to the beach so that we didn't need to fight with traffic and parking, which was very convenient. The back porch and hose were great for rinsing out the dive gear and shells, and letting them dry. The car port is also fantastic for loading and unloading in the rain, and the screened in back porch is great for enjoying the beautiful weather without the bugs. The grill you share with the neighbor worked well as well. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that wasn't...
