“We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for us. The beach access is right across the street and the pool was perfection. We even enjoyed the rainy days sitting in the chairs on our patio. The beds were comfortable and I wanted to take that shower home with me. The landscaping lights wouldn’t turn on, so it would be nice if that was fixed for our next stay because it would make an even better atmosphere for nighttime dips in the spa. “We had an amazing time! Perfect place, and so close to the beach and a stone's throw from the free AMI Trolly. Chairs, wagon, and umbrellas were very nice to have provided. Next time we'll leave ours at home. Lol. Loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off all the salt and sand! Beautiful private patio. The place was clean, roomy, and felt like home. Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Thank you so much to the team at Anchor Down for such a beautiful and well maintained property……

“We had a wonderful week at this property. It was clean, easy to access, and easily accommodated our family. The well-stocked kitchen was especially appreciated, since we were visiting for Thanksgiving and cooked multiple dishes. There were plenty of pots and pans, mixing bowls, and casserole dishes. Sheri also was very responsive with an issue that came up with the smart lock and quickly fixed the problem.”

“Owner provided clear directions and direct cell phone number while we were at the property in case we had questions or needed help. Wonderful communicative and responsive host!! Property is in a convenient location. We rented a golf cart and bike for our stay. Plenty of restaurants and live music in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Small grill is available to use as well as 2 kayaks and life jackets. Between the shed and laundry room there are beach……

“We loved the property. Except for the tiki umbrella missing from the table in the swimming pool, we'd have never known there was a recent hurricane. Backyard landscaping and pool are beautiful. Beds were comfy, house was very clean, plenty of towels for showers as well as pool. TV with all the channels. Main area (kitchen, dining area, living room) was very spacious and open. “This property was perfect for the annual girls beach trip I take with my sister in law and teen niece. Perfectly located to everything on Anna Marie Island and walking distance to your own slice of heaven beach. Also had our own beautiful pool to relax around. This place had everything important to us…comfortable beds, great showers, walking distance to a cure coffee store and the beach! Would definitely stay here again. ”
