“Excellent stay! The home was warmly decorated with beach-vibes and we were met at the door with a light on and music playing in the background, the perfect touch! This home has all the amenities we needed, the kitchen was very well-stocked for making any and all meals we wanted during our stay. Very clean, perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Thankyou!! We look forward to another stay in the near future :)”

“This was a very nice stay. Our family including our adult children loved the unit and community enjoyed and the amenities. The host was great to work with and as flexible as we needed to modify our trip on the front and back end. We hope to return to this unit again.”

“It was centrally located to the beach and other amenities. It was clean and comfortable. I liked the walkability to the beach, restaurants, and just to stroll and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. ”

“here are some characters in this field so I can hit the next button. Good programming”

“This was our third year at Coquina. We live the area as it is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay. Austin was amazing to work with and took care of everything. Gulf Coast Holiday is a great choice for all your vacation needs!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the lanai with the peaceful preserve view, and the location made it easy to enjoy the pool and everything the community has to offer. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d happily stay here again.”

“Great property, location and host …worth the price. Enjoy your stay as much as we did !!”

“Beautiful condo , wonderful oceanfront access!”

“Property management was excellent! House was spacious and location was great! The only complaint I have is the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. I would suggest replacement of these! Other than that we had a great stay and was very pleased with how quickly property management responded when I had a question or a need.”
