“The clerk was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. When we arrived back that evening we sat on the breakfast area to chit chat and no one complained that we should not be there.”

“Absolutely do not stay here. We checked in and right away were told the room we booked wasn’t available so we got a king and a pull out sofa. Fine, whatever. Except that pull out sofa has never been cleaned in its 20+ years of existence. The white bed sheets were brown. I didn’t care to lift up the mattress to check for bed bugs but high probability. Immediately went downstairs, got a refund and left. 0/10. Will never be back.”

“My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. ”
