“The only issue I had was our room not being ready at 4 after driving hours to get there . ”

“I gave it 5 stars because I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been good and plan on staying here several more times. This particular night I didn’t even stay. We went to see the Marshall Tucker concert at the fairgrounds next door and as soon as we got there we found out that the concert had been canceled an hour before we got there. Didn’t see anything thing to keep us there since there’s no restaurant or bar on site so we went home. Really sucks because I couldn’t get a refund since……

“The hotel is under renovation but very clean overall. The only issue I had were some barking dogs and when I turned on the heater it made a high-pitch squealing noise before it actually kicked in and quieted down. Other than that my stay was excellent.”

“Very engaging and friendly associate (I believe, Kenneth) during check-in and while we were in the lobby area. He provided some helpful hints as we were traveling over to Brevard and then the Smoky Mnts. - such as, sites to visit and scenic drives. Enjoyed visiting with him. Our room was well maintained and clean. Thank you.”

“Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. ”
