「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

Just keep in mind that there are rats around outside as you walk at night, in the courtyards and on the streets. It is a great walkable location to everything in the French Quarter! Staff is very helpful, accommodating, and kind. They made our 1st visit to NOLA wonderful! We hope to return again and we will definitely...

「Perfect spot for exploring New Orleans. Situated in the French Quarter, but not on super noisy Bourbon St. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very well maintained with very polite and accessible staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was larger than many vacation homes in Aptos. Great choice - highly recommend.」
