The air conditioning was out in the lobby, hallway, and breakfast area which was no fault of the hotel and it was a very hot week in Bonita Springs. The staff at front desk and breakfast area was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They kept their cool in spite of the heat and was always cheerful. “We flew down from Arkansas to see the Grant Thornton Invitational golf tournament that included stars from the LPGA and the PGA. We loved the event and were only a few miles away. We enjoyed some GREAT Italian food, a nice trip to the beach which was also very close, and some cruising. It was a memorable stay!”

“Overall it was a great stay and the unit was very convenient for our needs We would definitely stay here again but had a few minor concerns. The shower head and mirror placement should have been lower. My wife was only able to see from about her nose up in mirror and the shower wand was unreachable. She had to use the hose to push it up off the mount. The microwave was above the refrigerator so I moved it to the counter top. Handling hot items at or above face level is too dangerous. It was a……
