“Room was very big we were up graded for free bit disappointed with the stains on carpet and dust on skirting board near the bed Stayed before and was a lot nicer in the room just a bit more eye for detail needed not cheep for one night and would exspected to be perfect”

“Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly with a great location. A little difficult to reach staff before check-in time (11am), but this doesn't take away from the overall experience significantly in my opinion.”

“Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. ”
