“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……
“We were staying in London for 5 days and finding a place to stay is a daunting task. City Prime was a great choice. It is located outside the hustle busy of central London in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the Earl's Court tube station. You can get everywhere you need to go from there. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer was a plus for an extended stay. Karim was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend.”
“Stayed for 8 nights and slept well each and every night! The hotel is renovated and super clean. We appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and toaster in the lobby.
Not a detractor, but the shampoo they provide is a three-in-one combo with body wash. I can’t wash my hair with body wash so I had to buy shampoo from the Sainsbury Local. Just a note so other guests can come prepared.
The staff were all lovely and the location was so convenient- food and grocery just steps away, plus the tube……
“Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line). Also within a stone’s throw of Earl’s Court Road, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. Room lighting was just a bit too dim for my……
“The Oxford Hotel is now the Merit Kensington Hotel which was confusing at first but they do send you a message beforehand to reorient us to the correct check in location.

electric kettle and glasses were a nice touch.
Breakfast area had a Cafe-like atmosphere but was expensive.
surrounding area was fun to walk around with many shops and food options. everything you……

Although Mercure is new renovated, I saw a group of insects gathering at a corner of the ceiling. Anyway, they rapidly arranged another room for us. Overall, their hygiene is fine in acceptable."
"Room is small but is big enough to open my luggage. Bathroom is terrible small I don't think it big enough for a man. Breakfast only some toss, you have better choices outside. Staffs are excellent even not everyone with smile. Anyway I like here !!"
