“Nice design room, location near south beach, walk distance, not too noisy , and the breakfast is nice too.”

“Room was smaller than expected, but didn't spend a lot of time in there anyways. Has great beach access. Right out the back gate to the beach. The pool was much bigger than I was expecting, and very clean. There's a nice little tiki bar next to the pool with a good selection of food and drinks. There is also a general store on the lower level. There's a pretty nice restaurant located next to the lobby. Ate there twice and was pleased with the food and service. This place is definitely not……

“The carpets, floors & curtains were filthy. There was a hole in the bathroom door where the handle was supposed to be. No face towels, face cloths or bath mat on arrival. The shower curtain rod bowed so the curtain hung outside the shower floor. The bathroom floor was soaked after every use. The night stands, bathroom shelf and kitchen counter were all damaged. ”

“Kasa was great. They left very detailed instructions for everything from parking, to finding the room, and everything needed throughout the stay. The apartment was clean and offered a homey-mess that is hard to come by in a hotel. Would definitely recommend! Just be prepare that Wynwood is noisy!! But they even had that covered with earplugs and a sound machine. ”

“AC was broken; Kitchen stove was broken; There was no hot water/showers for two days. host said he sent somebody but nobody ever came. This isn’t a hotel”
