“The house is not fancy but is clean, comfortable and wonderful! The view - waterfront is amazing! We spent most of our time on the dock, reading, bird watching (there is an osprey nest right there and was so much fun to watch), happy hour, etc.! The sunrises and sunsets were incredible! You can see both from the dock! We had good late lunches on Gwens Island, in Mathews, and in Deltaville! Ate some great raw oysters!! Wish I could live here!!! ”

“Beautiful cottage by the water; Has water right outside of the door step (its not the first property on the water, but given its on the corner, it has unobstructed view to water and you can walk 20 yards to get to water). Beautiful cozy property- very well kept. Gives you the feeling on an English cottage to an extent. All basic amenities provided (including paid cable, netflix, amazon!). Very calm and quiet neighborhood; Beach is not as big; but if you are coming just husband and wife, nothing……
