「Very good service property was in excellent condition and closer to everything 」

「The apartment is nice and comfortable. But the letdown was the numerous cockroach nymphs seen around the kitchen top and toilet floor.」

「What I like 1. Sheltered walkway to MRT station. 2. Quite a number of shops at below, also have 7-eleven cafe too. What I dislike 1. The windows are faulty, unable to close and lock. 2. Water dripping at below basin. 3. Could not adjust the volume of TV. The smart TV do not have youtube. 4. Both the air-con are not cold. 5. Shower cream and shampoo are not top up.」

「The room was dirty with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the hot water service did not work properly, the bedroom air conditioning did not work properly, room was in severe need of maintenance. The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place.」

「良かった点 ・清潔 ・whatsupによる返信が早い ・電源のOAタップがあった。 ・壁が厚いのか、たまたま静かな人たちしかいなかったのか、周囲の部屋から全く音が響いてこなかった。別のコンドミニアムでは、この点がひどかったので。 ・ミディアムサイズのワイングラスがあった。 ・洗濯機が乾燥機付き且つ容量も多めで使い勝手が良い。 ・テレビがでかい。 ・ソファベッドがある。 悪かった点 ・デポジット300RMが必要との話を到着日に聞いた。（返金手段無く結局支払わずに済んだが） ・窓の外に金網が一面あるため、夜景が見づらい。 ・プールの使用可能時間をどこかに書いておいて欲しい。（whatsupで確認したが、間違っていた） ・物を置ける台が極端に少ない。スマホの充電にはアイロン台を流用。せめてベッド脇に小さなテーブルなど台が欲しい。 ・ライトがいくつか使えない状態だった。 ・カトラリーにナイフが無い。 ・とあるベッドのカバーが所々色褪せて汚く見えた。洗ってはいるのだろうが、到着して見た際にガッカリする。 ・フェイスタオルがないとのことだったが、あっても良いと思う。 」
