「The friendliness of all the staff (especially the manager Thao Le) was exceptional. The views were amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing. Scored down for cleaning as the shower room walls and bathroom floor was not cleaned to standard. Food was ok, set menu better than the buffet. Thanks to the staff i would highly recommend.」

Staff are sooo friendly, breakfast has good choice and they all remember you! Very good English proficiency! Spa is amazing, gooood price and offers happy hour rate! 「The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast...

「Hotel is located in the very center of Han noi, very convenient for visit famous place, good for sightseeing. I would like to express my appreciation for one of the female receptionist (sorry I forgot to ask her name. She showed us where we can go, gave many excellent travel advise and sightseeing suggestions; constantly checking if we need any help and always provide many valuable information. We really appreciated for everything! 」

「服務人員很親切跟熱心，飯店的設施也不錯，早餐的飲食也很美味，飯店地點位置也在景點區附近，但是早上7點多都會有裝修敲擊的聲音會影響到睡眠，另外隔音的部分也比較差，如果這兩點可以改善的話是非常棒的飯店。」
