“Great property. Great breakfast ”

“This property was very unique and had a very nice bar area near the lobby. The breakfast had lots of options and plenty of room for guests. There was a parking garage just around the corner. When we visited, it happened to be a very warm spring day and the building hadn’t switched over from heat to air conditioning. Since our room was on the lower level, we didn’t feel comfortable opening the windows, so it was pretty stuffy. ”

“Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. Receptionist said yes, and I even saw him wrote down the request. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. Doors are loud when……

“I had stayed in this hotel for than 10 times, it’s located at a very convenient location which is very close to MOA and airport, and except shuttle bus service. ”

“The water park is great for small and older kids. Plus they put a foam type of floor down so its really nice to walk on. Would definately go back!”

“The staff were courteous and friendly and it was a great experience overall. Only downside is the fee for parking? If I am staying at your hotel the additional fee for parking has to go! ”

“Great hotel staff and rooms. Very nice Lobby and hang out area! Not far from main part of downtown. Outside immediate area a little run down and grungy. Sidewalks are rough and need work!”

“Booked room short notice after decided to stay up in Duluth for the night. Front desk lady was incredible friendly and helpful when asking to check in early. Breakfast the next morning was great and the entire place had a very homey feel. ”
