“This property is exactly as described in the listing. There is no ocean beach access, but it’s close enough to hear the surf. The Quonnie breachway, dock, and Quonnie pond are within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well-equipped and the deck out back was delightful for a cookout. The home is very neat and clean, a typical Rhode Island beach house. The owners were kind enough to return to us a small item that we left behind! We highly recommend this listing. It was perfect for us. ”

“The property managers have literally thought of everything for a comfortable well-appointed stay, including an Alexa speaker for music, binoculars to view sights in the bay, lights under the porch for nighttime illumination, and a pleasant plug-in scent diffuser. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the flowers at both the front and back door were beautiful and well-maintained. In fact, many of the touches (such as the torch-style lightbulbs along the waterfront) were the same……

“LeighAnn is a wonderful host and offers a quaint and cozy home for a beach or restful getaway. Private, yet accessible to beaches and local color. People in the area were very friendly and it was tough to leave. We rode our bikes to nearby Charlestown Town Beach and our favorite East Beach was a short drive away. The house was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. You can eat inside or outside on the deck. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage and to watch……
