「The hotel didn’t have any keys to rooms available upon our check in or stay. They had to walk us to our room to let us in. When we came in late due to nearby casino we had to be let it again and that staff did t know why we did t have keys. They asked if we lost them or left them in our room. It was a very unorganized day for the staff at this hotel and it showed to the guests. We also had to walk through a very dark parking lot returning from casino due to no lights on walkways or back parking...
