“Very clean and quiet! Conveniently located close to Jamestown bridge and only 25 minutes to Narragansett Beach. Could use coffee machines, the blinds work well but also could use curtains. The parking lot is well lit which is good but some light bleeds in . They gave me a voucher for a free coffee from a shop close by and honestly it was very good! Everything seems new inside.”

“We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! “Got this as a gift for our anniversary. This is really a wedding venue and most folks seem to stay for the wedding and are up late and making noise and then out the next day. We had a 2 night stay - no room cleaning service for the price. We were just around corner from reception which doubles as a wine bar in afternoon, hangout in evenings and breakfast bar in am. Place is somewhat old and so you hear everything. At 10:45 when they are still chatting at wine bar and then when revelers come……

“We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at The Shore House. The room service was poor, and the housekeeping staff was unprofessional. When I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, the maids rolled their eyes, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of helping a guest. The room itself had several issues. There was a bad smell coming from the shower, and both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty when we arrived. To make matters worse, the……

“It’s not for family, really small rooms , very bad beds , had a back pain next morning, lint two towels per room ,over all I don’t recommend this place not worth what we paid for it .”
