"Great location! Free breakfast is actually not bad. Only had it once during my 3 day stay, but it helps to start your day. Room is small, which is normal for Japanese hotels. Beds are hard and stiff, so if it’s a dealbreaker for you, I recommend looking somewhere else. Lobby is always busy, as they bring tourists from China everyday by bus "

"GREATA LOCATION. I felt like we’re right in the heart of things, we can walk any direction and there’s something to do. Booked the king size bed room with washer and dryer, so nice to be able to wash our clothes in our room during down time. I would say our room was quite spacious compared to the other rooms we’ve stayed in during our trip to Japan. Would recommend. The only thing is that this hotel is extremely dark, it was really hard to get ready in the mornings. If my the rooms were a bit brighter, other than that it was a good stay "

"I stayed in this hotel whenever I visit Osaka in the past 15 years. The location is excellant. Staff are nice and helpful. Since the renovation this year, the price has been raised by 50% I believe. Cannot afford it and have to look for somewhere more affordable."
