"Pros: Great location but nice and quiet. Staff are kind and very helpful. The free drinks were AMAZING and what we loved the most. Cons: The windows weren’t able to open, so it was little bit stuffy and the aircon didn’t go low enough to for us to feel cool. But it’s only a small detail. "

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the classic European-inspired design adds to the sense of staying somewhere special. Staff were friendly and helpful, and views from the higher floors are excellent. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced hotel that serves as an outstanding base for exploring Osaka."
