“管理團隊友善，都能達成需求，溝通過程順暢。房間乾淨，空間大，樓層高風景好，廚房設備充足，硬體設施齊全，近市區，周圍餐廳選擇多。因為無實體櫃台，在入住及退房都需要預約人員來拿或收取鑰匙，如自行開車及搭乘晚班班機會較不方便些。”

“Check in and out process with the team was smooth and they had great communication. The apartment was great, the side we stayed on was quiet with not much noise. Its does need a little (TLC) on a few things that i noticed.(carpets and stovetop to be given a better clean) Although in saying so they are minor things and if i had to come back to melb in future i would not mind returning here.”

“A lovely place with very nice harbour view. Location is very convenient with easy access to tram stops and restaurants. Feb is very helpful in showing me on getting around. We would love to stay here again.”
