「Struttura da 2 stelle. Molto rumorosa. Ho chiesto se organizzavano escursioni nel deserto e alla velocità della luce è arrivato un ragazzo che mi ha offerto un'escursione a 50€. Sono arrivati a prendermi dopo 1 ora dell'orario previsto e scopro che i restanti turisti della stessa jeep hanno pagato molto meno rispetto a me! Ho preso la mezza pensione ma la cena è scadente tanto da stare male. Colazione minimalista, neanche la frutta. 」

「Terrible location, nice and modern hotel, poor service, the swimming pool ice cold, best breakfast we had, very relaxing. Location way too far away from Marrakech and almost impossible to get to and from Marrakech if you don't use their free shuttle service that runs twice per day. The value is ok and it wasn't a BAD experience but I wouldn't stay there again. Overall 6/10」

「Hatten leider ein Problem mit der Professionalität der Mitarbeiter, welche bis 4 Uhr morgens mit Gästen nach dem Ausgehen den Abend "haben ausklingen lassen".」

「Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles」

「Breakfast had good options AC just didn’t work well and was told they were updating the unit later in the year Sofa bed is not traditional one where the bed does not pull out so beware before booking that format of room. Have to sleep on sofa Overall the new rooms look nice and decent area to most tourist things and restaurants 」

「Hotel panoramico, pulito, silenzioso e con letti comodi. Molto sopra gli standard marocchini anche se economico. Colazione poco varia ma di alta qualitá, ci é piaciuta molto. Ottima la cena (la migliore in 15 giorni di tour in marocco) per soli 10 euro a testa.」
