"The Monarch is a modern casino and very elegant. The room was spacious and comfortable. It could have been a little bit cleaner. We loved our stay at The Monarch but I am not sure if we will return. The walls must be thin. We stayed on a Wednesday night and the noise level of a party next door was terrible. It didn’t get quiet until 3:00 am. We needed more sleep ."
