「The Five Star Rating is for our host. It’s when things don’t go as planned, that good customer service is important. We had booked Frog Water for a family get-together with relatives traveling from several different places to gather for the holiday. When we arrived, we saw a heating service truck out front. After speaking with the service man, he informed us the heat could not be restored until after the weekend. So yes, we were disappointed, and we had to make last-minute arrangements....

「This cabin was so cozy! Host was very responsive, answered a question in minutes. The cabinet was full of games my kids enjoyed, the bed was comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing. We went to snow trails two different days and the drive was very quick. Stootds grocery was only a few minutes away and the kids made smores in the fire pit one evening. 「Very welcoming host, the cabin is great. If it's winter bring slippers (I can't believe I forgot them) and enjoy the beautiful snowy area. Driveway to this cabin is not super steep, and the owners kept it clear and salt on the sidewalk. We've stayed at 1 of their other cabins before and this was just as great! Wil definitely be back again. 」

「This is our fourth year staying at Solitude. This is our Christmas gift to the family. It is clean, well equipped, thoughtfully decorated, and secluded in the woods. There is lots to do in the area, but this year we stayed put and enjoyed the trails, hot tub, fire pit, large table for puzzles and big tv by the fire place to watch the Olympics. Hosts checked in and answered one question quickly. Highly recommend!」

「Absolute perfect place to relax and catch up with old friends. Wonderful atmosphere and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was fully stocked with towels, TP, ect.
