“Very welcoming host, the cabin is great. If it's winter bring slippers (I can't believe I forgot them) and enjoy the beautiful snowy area. Driveway to this cabin is not super steep, and the owners kept it clear and salt on the sidewalk. We've stayed at 1 of their other cabins before and this was just as great! Wil definitely be back again. ”

“The Five Star Rating is for our host. It’s when things don’t go as planned, that good customer service is important. We had booked Frog Water for a family get-together with relatives traveling from several different places to gather for the holiday. When we arrived, we saw a heating service truck out front. After speaking with the service man, he informed us the heat could not be restored until after the weekend. So yes, we were disappointed, and we had to make last-minute arrangements.……
