“Great place and a Wonderful owner. House is spacious, beds are comfortable. It was raining 80 % of the time and cold. Heaters were not working very well so it was cold. Loved the place. The furniture really needs an upgrade. None of the chairs had cushions so for the elderly was difficult sitting. Couches didnt have lefs so if we got down there someone had to pull you up. None of this would have been an issue had it not rained so much so the old folks stayed in verses going on outings to the……

“My family had such a great time at this cabin. It was plenty big for the 11 of us to sleep comfortably and spread out. The family room was big and warm with the wood burning fireplace in the corner. The kitchen’s had everything we needed. We also loved the maps of walking trails that start out right at the cabin. It was a great trip. Our only wish would be for some snow next time.”

“Cabin was extremely clean and had everything needed. They even included shampoo and body wash and left a lovely box of chocolate’s. All the cabinets were labeled with the contents which we found super helpful. The owners were excellent in regard to communication and very helpful. Didn’t expect neighbors to be quite as close as they were, the ones below stayed up all night talking. They weren’t extremely loud but we were still able to hear them.”

They have extra toothbrushes and the bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you might need. Our family loves to cook and the house came with everything we might need and then some. “Our family came down to explore parks and trails in Northern California and chose the modern cabin (pine) as it was centrally located to where we would be spending our time and looked like a really sweet property. We were not disappointed. The cabin was just right for us, clean and updated with thoughtful details in the decor and setup. We had a small facilities issue while we stayed, but the management was extremely prompt and courteous and attempted to address it immediately. Would definitely……

“This house was so perfect for us! We had six teens in the loft and 2 upstairs bedrooms. They enjoyed having their own space. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room. I had a couple of questions so I reached out the property manager, Bobbi - she was so helpful, very kind, and welcoming. The house was clean and fit our group very comfortably. The yard is large and well maintained, we enjoyed hanging out on the large deck while we BBQ’d one evening. The little store is in walking distance……

“Was looking for a nice cabin in the woods and the Treehouse was perfect for our family. It really felt like a treehouse and my kids loved it. Very clean, great host, very responsive, heaters worked excellent (outside temp was 34), great views of the forest and lake shasta. Awesome time spent. Great setup. “Great trip. The home was well supplied. The host was amazing and very helpful to us all. It is very quiet and clean. It would be good for future renters to know that there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and a loft upstairs with 4 beds and a bathroom. There is no door to close to give you privacy between the 4 beds so it isn't really a 3 bedroom VRBO. It's more like a 2 bedroom home with a large loft. You have to walk through each other's space to go to the bathroom or downstairs. We……

“Everything about this booking went very well! The house easily fit a family of 7. The house itself was very cozy with a great expansive kitchen, a fireplace and a smart TV you can connect your streaming services to. The backyard area is very beautiful as well, furnished with a dining table as well as a stone fire pit. We found cards and board games and had a lot of fun! Instructions were clear, communication was great, overall a wonderful stay! ”

“This is a quiet stay with everything you need in a house. Dont pack extras as all supplies at home is covered there. Laundry soap, dish soap n extras Its so affordable and the place is cute! Communication with host was fast, i asked if there was a microwave before heading there and got a reply quick. Check out easy too, just do dishes n take garbage out. Super quiet stay. Very pleased with low price and stay. Highly recommended 👌”
