“Property smelled of cigarette smoke ,screen door was broke and the wi fi did not work even after requesting it to be fixed poorly run property ”

“We were very happy with our stay. We knew there was no elevator and after a long travel day we were dreading hauling our luggage up a flight of stairs. There was no option to request a main floor room but without even asking Alice offered us a complimentary upgrade to the main floor. She was so sweet ”
