「Facilities are clearly old and the signs of the age are everywhere. The place is really well located and the staff is super helpful and compensate the aged location. Frankly is a good place to stay for a reasonable price.」

「I enjoyed how quiet it was. And how quickly management responded to requests. Only real issue I had was sheets are a little thin so I would suggest bringing a travel blanket if you get cold easily (and I do). But I would recommend to as a good place to stay. 「THe hotel has been renovated. So the room was in good shape. THis is a simple place so there is nothing fancy. THis area feels a little unsafe. One day there was a guy just standing in the parking lot urinating. Gross, but that's the area this is in.」

「The property was about what I expected for the price. Good front desk staff, efficient check in, clean room. The facility is in the process of being rehabbed, so I suspect that the overall condition will be much improved over the next several months. My room had a few minor issues that were more aesthetic than functional.」

「Value for money. Staff was very polite, rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic facilities. Other than that they have security who was on round and many dining option near by. Must stay here if you have come for work or with family.」

If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. 「Not much to like. The only lights in the room that worked was at the sink and in the bathroom. Room smelled like a dirty ashtray. No washcloths and ran out of T P, had to walk to the store and get a roll. Stay away, find another hotel. 👎👎👎」

「The room was absolutely disgusting the bedding was not washed at all . I could smell the body odor of the person that slept on it last. My husband was so grossed out he slept on the table. There were bugs and the fridge was dirty. There was a fist sized hole in the bathroom door like someone tried breaking it down . There were white stains on the chairs and the couch I wish I could get my money back bc that was terrible 」

「Perfect location for attending our son's graduation from University of Richmond. Pleasant, walkable neighborhood. Short distance to a grocery, the University, and restaurants. Lots of space, including a formal dining room. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Check in & out was easy. Would stay again.」
