“Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow……

“Very friendly staff and a fantastic location. Bathroom was a bit small but efficient. The room we were put in had NO view to speak of as our windows were 5 feet off the ground so you couldnt see anything down, only up. Be sure to request a room with FULL WINDOWS. It was a little claustrophobic. But since we didnt spend much time in the room as we were exploring the city, it wasnt a real deal breaker.”
