I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness b/c it smelled a bit musty mixed with cleaning solution and the top shelf where the coffee filters and creamers are kept was dusty and buggy. We had to get up on a chair to get the coffee supplies down. Maybe a little stool would be helpful. We loved the location and the back fire pit seating area is great! The beach was close by and awesome!! Thank you!」

「Overall very happy with our stay. I didnt realize the kitchen table was a high top with stools (not ideal for our 2 and 4 year old). Everything was well labeled and easy to navigate. The cabin was warm and clean. The playground was well cared for and sturdy equipment. The beach was clean and easy to access. Easy check in and our process.」

「Excellent host and a great property. Home was exactly as described. I decided to do a spur of the moment dunes trip with my SXS and couldn’t have worked out better with the location of this property. The backyard is quite literally the dunes and you have an amazing view of Lake Michigan out front. ORV park entrance is 5 mins away. The entry road to the neighborhood is a bit narrow and steep at times but no issues with my F350 and 16 foot trailer. The driveway is easy to back into but I wouldn’t...

「Upon arriving checkin was easy, Hostess was kind and helpful. Its cost friendly but keep in mind no breakfast but plenty in town to go to or get it delivered, coffee provided in room and in common room. The King Room is clean, spacious and relaxing. Great Tv too. Thanks so much!」
