“Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included. Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't……

“Easy check-in process, good location. Very useful having a small kitchen in the property. Only downside is that we were staying for a week, noting that the property is not serviced everyday, and the coffee/teas/toilet paper ran out very quickly.”

“It could have been a 5 stars. I stayed for 7 nights. the place was convenient, close to the city centre, very spacious, the apartment condtion was clean and comfy. The bed sheets and towels were changed once on my 3rd night. The bins were cleared everyday. HOWEVER, the check-in experience was VERY disappointing. First, I never received any instructions beforehand. When I arrived, i couldnt find the intructions, all doors were locked, no signs at all. So I called the number from the expedia……

“Lovely apartment very clean great location lovely staff the only thing for us was we found the cleaning fee was expensive and that it had to be paid separately and it would have been nice if there had been some dish washing soap as we where only there for 3 nights and we felt putting on a dish washer for two plates and cups was wasting water and a couple of pods for the washing machine since there is a washing machine which was great and as we’d been travelling for 3 weeks I did need to do some……

“La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! Per il resto perfetto!”
