"Excellent hotel. Comfortable bed & nice quality linens and fairly spacious. All sorts of little extras provided: toothbrush, hairbrush, hairband, slippers, Nespresso coffee in room. Staff were wonderfully polite. Convenient Metro stop not far away. Would highly recommend. "

"The staff are extremely friendly as we checked in and checked out, always greeted with the utmost respect. The room was perfect for our family, coffee & tea amenities. The only thing that needs upgrading is the workout room did not have any weights, only a treadmill, elliptical machine, cycling bike. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay! A+ Hotel! "

"Small, good if traveling light. Had small bugs flying around. Because the check in was automated didnt get too much info on amenities. Not sure if there was even a water refill station. Convenient location. Appreciated baggage storage after checkout so we could explore more of the area before leaving. "

"Staff was nice. The public bath was a bonus and very comfortable. Being in Tokyo, we expected the rooms to be small but they had many amenities. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t control the heat and went from quite warm to frigid on our first night which made for a rough sleep after traveling. "

"My checkin time was for 2PM but my room wasn’t ready until closer to 230, while not a long time, after a day of travel I would’ve preferred to get into our room with worry, especially as I watched everyone else around me checking in have no issues with their rooms being ready."
