「We booked this property for our trip to Niagara Falls, the location of this property is excellent, you are about a 20 mins walk to rainbow bridge (to Canada) and about a 30 mins walk to Maid of the Mist (boat ride) the walk is easy to do because it’s on trail with plenty of trees to keep you shaded. The house is clean and the bedroom are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything to make a quick breakfast. However, there is one downfall to this property in my opinion...

「The apartment was very clean and thoughtful. Small for 4 adults. Owner is on site and very attentive. Steps were very steep and inconvenient for us. Younger folks probably wouldn't have issues.」

「Have to rank as just okay given the as advertised elements were met and we did enjoy the proximity to the sites. However, it is part of a row of houses that are abandoned and in disrepair making it very unappealing from the exterior (no offense intended for permanent residents on the block). There is no light alongside the house leading to the back to the uneven wood steps at the entrance. We had daily feral cats visiting our porch. There were no table lights just glaring ceiling lights and...

「Host was not reliable to get ahold of. Pictures didn’t meet expectations. remodel was done very poorly. outside of house was in shambles. nowhere to put your stuff. very few plates and silverware. arguing neighbors upstairs and outside no cleaning supplies no broom no dust pan. Had to call Vrbo to gain access because host didn’t answer late entry because house was still being cleaned only good thing I can say is good water pressure and price」

「this place was everything that we needed. Three bedrooms and a bath and a half allowed us to spread out. A door between the living area and the bedrooms allowed some of us to sleep while other people were out in the main living area. It was clean, cute , and near a walking trail by the river.」
