“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. “Loved the staff. The room was comfortable. The views from the resort are some of the most beautiful views we’ve seen in our lives. We loved enjoying the awesome and friendly wildlife. The attention to detail was another level. To finish off our trip we enjoyed a super relaxing spa day. Will definitely come back again. Costa Rica is truly PURA VIDA!!!”
