「It was right on busy road with inconvenient parking as unloading was difficult. The carpets were filthy and the whole place smelt like someone had smoked inside. Heating difficult to control. Not a good experience would not stay there again.」

「So it would have been easilllyyyyy 5 stars but we almost didnt even stay. So we had a booking and decided we would turn up for lunch around 1. We knew we couldnt check in until 3ish ( not a problem )
So we asked the reception we were early and would like some food. She was so rude and unoccomadating to us I said I would go elsewhere as did not feel welcomed at all. Yes it was a bit busy but it wasnt packed. And they should be able to accomadate all guests.
Anyway glad we stayed as everyone else...
