"Not sure where you start, not sure where it got the third star from. I got bit by bed bugs, so mattress need to be changed, no fire alarm and one plug socket which was the TV one we used, lucky we had an extension lead. No fire exits and if on 4th floor then you need to take the lift to 2nd floor ..."

B&B HOTEL Venezia Laguna
"It was good nice clean rooms and property is very accessible from the water is service in Venice which is plus. The downside is there are no restaurants near by and if u are late to check in like we were the hotel does not have many options. Over all was not bad !!"

"We booked a 2-bed room. While there were two beds, they were next to each other and only one set of sheet. The apartment was great and spacious, but so.e of the utensils and plates were not super clean."
