"The hotel is outstanding, much better than anticipated. It was somewhat harder to find the door at night because it is in a side street, extremely closed to Piazza San Marco. If you are a light sleeper, you might have an issue with the church bell during the night. Room had a nespresso coffee machine and an electric tea kettle with different selections of tea. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a dream. Highly recommend! "

"Located in the historic St. Mark’s clock tower, the incredible views of St. Mark's Basilica made this the perfect hotel in Venice. Such a special place. We would stay there again. "

"Stayed as a couple and the location was perfect . On the doorstep of a small piazza with a greay vibe, restaurants, a bar, gelato and shopping. 4 min walk from the water bus. The property is like the top floor of an apartment. Need to walk up the stairs to get there as i assume most properties in venice are like that if they are listed buildings. Small shower but the room was very comfortable, lots of light in the apartment. "

"Very centrally located in Venice. Close to Rialto but also a short walk to Piazza San Marco. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to texts prior to check-in and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Very close to St. Mark's Basilica, and yet worlds away, Charming House IQs is a lovely apartment to stay in when visiting Venice. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to arrange arrival and departure, and helpful with suggestions. The apartment's furnishings are a little dated, but still very clean and comfortable."

"Great location a short walk from St Marks square, close to great restaurants, shopping, gondolas, private water taxi pickup area, Rialto, etc. Has a great terrace to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening vino, listening to the church bells. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Easy check in/check out. The only downside (and we knew this when we booked it) was climbing those 72 stairs to get to the room. "
