「Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.」

「This was our first time at this property. I was pleasantly surprised. It was so cozy and clean. I love the hot tub inside the cabin. The room was immaculately clean. They even had coffee and hot chocolate. The fire place was a nice touch as well. We were so close to everything. 「This place was absolutely amazing and I already miss it. The view you get for the sunrise and stars at night are unforgettable. The condo was very clean, well kept, and very spacious. The balcony was so comfortable and relaxing to sit out on. The only issue I had was it’s a little tricky to find because there’s a tree in front of the number. The town and stores nearby were also enjoyable to walk around as well as visiting Rocky Mountain national park. I would definitely love to stay here again! 」
