“My reserved & paid for room was given away to someone else I found out upon arrival. I had to stay in a double queen room when I booked a king suite. They told me somehow they overbooked. There was no body wash in the shower and barely any toilet paper on the roll. I usually stay at La Quinta and have a good experience but this one was terrible.”

“Stopped for an overnight on our way from Maryland to visit family Kentucky. Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and the staff to be very courteous and friendly location was right off the interstate with just the right Leavell amenities for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Was disappointed that the TV stopped working while I was watching. The front desk clerk was new and didn’t know how to help. It was already 12:30am so I didn’t change rooms. The refrigerator was tipping over so I placed a crushed water bottle under it to stabilize it. Around 2am the refrigerator made a loud high pitched whirling sound. The air conditioner also made loud buzzing motor sounds. Couldn’t sleep.”

“Breakfast is good and the staff is great. Our sink was dirty with a ring of black built up gunk around the drain. That doesn’t happen overnight. The rest of the room was fine. ”
