「We arrived to the hotel and they gave us a room under the pool so we ask if we could have a different room and they gave us a smaller room so we decided to leave. The service was horrible. It was a very weird experience.」

「The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. I think that is something that should be explained at check it.」

「Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. 」
