"You cannot beat the location. The property is bare bones. Room was clean but carpet was needing a shampooing. Know that it’s not a staffed location at all times, so if you need anything, it could be a while. Luckily, if you lock yourself out they have lock boxes on outside."

"Quiet, clean and centrally located. The vintage building was a unique experience. And the free bottle of wine was a plus. We did not take advantage of the mini bar, but it was fully stocked. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. was full and they were plenty of towels pillows, and everything you could need. We could’ve used a microwave and some space in the refrigerator.."

"My mom and I stayed 1 night in the bunk bed room. We were so impressed with the location. You can see Wrigley Field from the back deck so if you're there for a game it's a perfect place to stay because it's less than a block from the field. The cleaning lady was very helpful and even though we had a language barrier she called a friend who help us communicate. We have always stayed in a hotel but decided to try something new. It was worth it and the price for the location is crazy cheap. Also there's a huge selection of restaurants right around the corner from fast food to upscale. The rooms are small but the neighborhood and location make it perfect."
