「The staff here are very polite and professional. The rooms look a bit tired and the bath plug has not even got a chain??? It's the second time on a visit that we have mentioned this issue. The meter on top of the heater keeps showing that the windows were open but of course they were not. The TV in the room was very difficult to turn off and when searching for a programme the tv jumped 2 channels at a time. That is basic stuff that should be regularly checked. Because there were so many of these...

「It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.」

「No air conditioner, a bit noise, and not close to city center. But environment is good, room is over all not bad.」

「The room was spacious and the bed was more than a double, greatly appreciated. The shower, although in the bath, was powerful and the water temperature easily controlled. The TV wasn't huge but a taller guest might knock their head on it as it was on the wall just where I walked round the bed from my side. Staff were friendly and amenable. Breakfast was tasty.」
