“Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!”

“This house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location. The neighbors down the street got into a drunken fight at 3am and we could hear……

“Perfect location to attend Air Force BMT Graduation. Short drives to tourist locations (River Walk, Alamo, Pearl District, Historic Market). The house was spacious, comfortable, and included some amenities such as coffee pods, body soap, shampoo, conditioner. The community pool was perfect for toddlers right up to adults. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!”
