“Upon entry to the room, I noticed the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The AC kept me up all night. There was some kind of plastic rattling sound every time the AC turned on, at 2 o’clock in the morning somebody was knocking on the doors therefore my sleep pattern was disturbed on a consistent basis. The final straw was at 6:11 a.m. on a Saturday morning, after getting no sleep the alarm went off which I did not set, all in all, I probably got an hour of sleep, overall, the experience was……

“Easy parking garage across the street feom hotel. Hotel is connected to convention center. Shuttle took us to & from casinos. Cleaner than expected and friendly Shreveport courtesy. ”

“Only spending 10 hours for sleep, I can only share that the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.?”
