“The pool was great and the location was convenient for traveling to spring training. Kids (11/13) loved all of the activities onsite!”

“Property is large and well maintained . Central pool area crowded. The other pools not crowded. The food at pool is ok but when busy, they have trouble keeping up. Prices in small store very high, the unit we received was not the one we reserved. One balcony instead of two. Also some buildings at resort overlook large adjacent contraction site. That was unpleasant.”

“The pool areas were nice—very calm, quiet, and relaxing. The property itself is quite large, and from what we could see, it seems like it may be challenging to maintain all areas consistently. Once we walked beyond the pool areas, some parts of the property appeared less well-kept, and it looked like there may be ongoing remodeling or updates. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Despite those concerns, we would return and would still recommend it to others. There are plenty of areas to……

“The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!”

“Such an amazing stay! The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and through the texting communication given. The spa was absolutely amazing as well! The room was very clean and the staff were so attentive. It was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!”
