“The hotel is very clean. The room was small but cozy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Our room overlooked the station. It was nice hearing the trains. Very close to central areas and Quayside. Saw a car park at the station but not sure of the price. Friendly reception staff. Value for money. ”

We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check……
