"The hotel was in the midst of an update. We had a newly refurbished room. Some amenities not available due to construction. The pain point was the in room heating and cooling system which was very loud all night long. Water pressure very poor. Beyond those points there it was a good stay."

"The lady at front desk was wonderful and room was clean, had to go to the mall and buy pillows and towels because the ones they provide are very bad!"

"Cold hot tub was such a disappointment.. Only reason we picked this one is it had good reviews on hot tub and you travel all day, get there get your suit on and the hot tub is cold… like just a bit warmer than pool.. such a let down.. and frustrating.."

"I did enjoy the stay room was clean the only thing was there was a lingering smell in the hallways and the carpets look like they needed to be washed. So far staff was friendly. Kind of wish they had a gym or a pool."

"This reservation was CANCELLED because my room was not available after over an hour past check in time. I left a deposit when I got there, and was STILL charged for the whole night. 4 phone calls later, including a message to the manager got us nowhere. The reservation desk assured us that we would be credited and even gave us a gift for our trouble. I’m guessing she knew we would pay no matter what."
