「Unclean room when arrived, asked for towels and I had to go find a housekeeper because the front desk manager never brought us any after I called. I had to go find a sweet housekeeper to come and clean our room. Upon arrival the staff didnt even know that the room wasnt cleaned and that it wasnt actually ready but checked us in anyways.
